Murphey & Murphey’s creditor representation spans financial institutions, private lenders, judgment creditors, and secured and unsecured creditors. Through loan workout negotiations, loan modifications, and forbearance arrangements, we work with our lender clients to return loans in special assets to performing loans. We service loan-related matters on a statewide basis for several of our institutional clients.
In bankruptcy matters, we protect the interests of secured and unsecured creditors and work to recover their assets cost-effectively. We operate in a structured and efficient manner to take advantage of opportunities presented in bankruptcy proceedings.
